Good morning blogees,its 2 weeks today! i lost another 1.3 Lbs and feeling fine. my Bmi dropped again also as I am losing fat. I have lost 20 lbs the first 2 weeks and hope to lose another 15 at least. if i do some workouts with it I should be healthy and trim.For those who dont know why Joanna and i started this is after watching Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead(documentary). I suggest everyone to watch it , its very good. It is an eye opening show about how we eat and what we should eat. It shows how the juicing works in your life and your diet. You will see 2 amazing people in the show and how they change their lives.Yesterday I had Scallions, Carrots, Cucs and Kale with an Apple for lunch. At dinner was Celery, Zucchini, Carrots, Spinach, Garlic and Cucs(YUM).My pants are getting looser and I sleep better and better at night. All my shirts are not too short or tight anymore and Im not sweating like I did(for those who know me well wont believe that,lol).Well Jo made breakfast and its Pineapple, Oranges,Grapes and Apples. Its real good,thanks babe. Than off to work. Happy juicing everyone.If anyone has good recipes , please post!
