Good morning everyone, its day 13 and we are going strong. today my Bmi dropped a half point and I lost almost a half Lb. I am down to 227 from 244.5 and feel great with 2 weeks and 1 day to go.I am actually thinking about going a little longer. Joanna has gained 2 Lbs in the last 3 days (but looks great !). Her Bmi is perfect and is what it should be.Last night I cooked and used whole wheat pasta for Shrimp Scampi, with asparagus and artichoke hearts. Joanna has still been juicing at least twice a day. she like the energy she has and feels really good. My sister Lea is on day 3 juicing and is excited to feel better, go sis!! People ask what the difference is between juicing and blending. When you juice(we use a Breville juicer) it takes all the vitamin content out and has a pulp catcher for the rest of the fruit or veggies. My belt is being used for its true job (to keep my pants up) for the first time in a while. Today we are going for a long hike with our dogs and workout later before work. Last night I juiced asparagus tips for the first time with Carrots, celery, Cucs and Kale. It was real good and loved the asparagus. well its breakfast time and hiking time. Today Joanna made me Pineapple(first time,real good), Oranges, Grapefruit, Grapes  and Melon.Yum! Happy juicing today and every day.
