Hello and day 22 is here and so is full time juicing. Yesterday I ate pizza , ribs , hummus and wings= gaining 4 Lbs!I just had grapefruit,apples ,oranges and grapes for breakfast. Eating solid food for the first time in 3 weeks went right to my stomach.This shows we need to eat healthy and in moderation is really the key.I gained 6 lbs in 3 days from eating and lying on the couch while taking care of my leg. I ate heavy fatty super bowl food and it made me feel tired .Joannas weight has been pretty much the same and she is still juicing at least twice a day if not three times a day. I am going to do at least 2 more weeks and try to shed those lbs off that were so easy to put on. Hopefully it will come off steady and consistent and I could gey back on track. Well happy juicing and be strong!
