hello on day 25 and lost another 1.5 lbs this morning. My bmi went down also as the weekend weight I put on is gone. Yesterday was my day off and my leg is almost healed. I am working tonight at Mangia restaurant at 400. Yesterday we went shopping and reloaded on cucs, romaine (1 of my favs), celery, tomatoes,zucchini and turnip greens which are good for infections. I also bought unsalted peanuts for my snack ,Joanna said I must post this. For dinner I also had a steamed artichoke with my bride. Joanna has gained 1 Lb over the last few days eating 1 meal a day and her cadbury egg addiction(lol) . She really does look great(and always does) and has been doing her Turbo Fire workouts . Today we are going to take Yogi and Poppers to the park for a walk and then juice it up before I go to work. For breakfast today we are having strawberries,kiwi, oranges, grapes and blueberries!Yum! The berries and fruits are so good for you in the morning and taste just like a shake. Everyone who has started to juice has loved the fruits but are so-so on the veggie juices. You just have to find the right mix for yourself. Recipe books help but might not always have the perfect 1 for you. Don't be afraid to switch an ingredient or 2 to your liking.
