Good morning!  This morning I have a confession to make; that since my leg infection, I have been eating a little protein everyday (as the doctor told me that I should.)  But I'm still mainly juicing and I am now down under 220.  I weigh myself on the Wii Fit every morning and it's so nice not to hear that little Wii voice say, "That's obese."  (Hearing "That's overweight" is so much better.)  This week I'm going to try to start exercising more.  I was starting to but with my injured leg I had to stop.  But the past few days we've been taking the dogs to the park for a short walk everyday.  Yesterday we found 3 fresh deer carcases.  I'm not sure what killed them maybe a mountain lion or a bear?  But we're going to go check it out again today.  Today's breakfast was especially good, we had strawberries (my favorite), blueberries, kiwis, grapes and oranges.  Kiwis are one of my favorite fruits and also one of the very best fruits to eat.  Just peel them and juice them, it's delicious.  Happy Saturday everyone, I hope you have a relaxing weekend filled with juice!P.s lost another 1.8 Lbs this morning and going towards 30 lbs of weight loss!
