Good morning everyone, it's day 2 and off to good start. I lost 1.3 lbs yesterday and did eat one meal. I had a piece of Joanna's quiche for lunch and it was good.  By this weekend I will be totally off food and full-time juicing until we go to Florida for spring break! I had green tea after lunch and made 2 pints of juice for dinner and took them to work with me.  Dinner was carrots, celery, cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchini and apple.  I really enjoy drinking them now and I learned what recipes I like the most (Joanna does make better ones than me, shh).  When I went off the diet I had coffee a few times and I really don't miss it all!  We had wine a couple of times and enjoyed that, but in the morning I didn't feel very well.  I think the body was not use to any toxins in there and it let me know.  So today I weighed in at 223.5, when I ended my 30 days I was 218.5.  I started this journey at 244.5 and would like to be a healthy 205.  All of my shirts and pants are a little bit loose and it feels great. This time around I am going to use my energy level from juicing and do some more exercise to be totally fit.  Don't forget you need to drink lots of water when juicing to stay hydrated. Well, breakfast today was apples, plums, kiwi, oranges and strawberries!  Yum!  Strawberries are my all time favorite in the juicer. Have a great day and happy juicing all!
