Hi everyone its almost 3 .5 weeks in (minus super bowl weekend,lol) and I lost 1.5 Lbs and m
y bmi dropped. I am back on schedule and juicing strong! Joanna still looks and feels great, eating 1 healthy meal a day and juicing the other 2. I must of been dreaming last night, I woke her up in the middle of the night screaming I want my beets! i didnt believe her but she was sitting up ijn bed laughing when she woke me up. i would like to go 2 more weeks and lose another 10 to 15 Lbs and start working out on a regular schedule. I workout out a couple times a week and it feels great with all the energy I have from juicing. My face has lost its chubbyness from what people say to me and I could see it too. It feels good that I feel and see it and people see it has worked well! I have had many people start juicing over the last 3 weeks and I wish them well! You dont have to go 30 days , you could start at 5 or 10 days and see how you feel.It is also a healthy body cleanse for you as well. Well Jo made me breakfast plums, grapes, apples and grapefruit! Yum! Happy juicing!
