Hello fellow juice heads and good morning. It's day 2 and I am down another 3.1 lbs! I have almost lost my weight I gained in my 10 day break and my BMI is also down. I am listed by American standards today as overweight, which is another whole story. Everyone should watch the documentary, Fathead, which discusses our weight standards in America, they are ridiculous. Yesterday I had fruit juice in the morning and followed that with a green tea. Joanna and I went for a walk with the dogs to the park since it was so beautiful here in Virginia. For lunch I had carrots, celery, cucs, tomatoes, parsley and an apple. I drank lots of water and made the same for dinner at work last night. We were very busy at Mangia last night and I had another green tea around 7 o'clock. I ran around so much at work that I think it helped me lose more weight (lol). At the end of the night the kitchen made us some pasta in vodka sauce and I did eat some. I just had a little and it tasted so good and yet I still lost weight. Today I am having grapefruit, apples, kiwi, and strawberries. I'm working again tonight, hopefully there will be lots of running around! I will juice twice for lunch and twice more for dinner with green tea in between.
