Hello everyone its me Jeano the juicer and I am back! After losing 27 pounds I too a week and a half off. I cooked Valentines dinner for Joanna last week. We had artichoke risotto and veal osso buco for dinner, soooo good. it was nice to eat meals for a little bit. we still juiced everyday at least once a day. it is something we will use in our lives always. I gained 5 Lbs over the 10-11 days I was treating myself. i still sleep well and feel great since starting a healthier new way of life.My new goal is going to be getting down to 200-205 after the next month. Today I had strawberries,apples,oranges and kiwi my bride Joanna made for breakfast. We just stocked up on tomatoes, cucs, carrots, celery and 1 of my favorites beets. i wanted to give a shout out to Jeff P. who juiced for 5 months and become healthier and lost 40 Lbs. nice job Jeff , love to hear good stories about healthy choices.Happy juicing all and lets do this journey together this time1 Its never to late to start!

    Also, since I cannot workout, well can't do much with a bad sprain, can you give me heads up what is the source of your juicing recipes. Do you use a plan of sorts, or follow a guide? If so, share details. I skimmed your posts and didn't see any references jump out. Looking to juice for a week. Catch a Healthy Habit in Ffld has a juice program for a week but it is like $300, you pick up the juices daily and fresh. With all my jobs, I was looking for convenience. :)

  2. We have a guide called The Juice Book, you can get in on Amazon for 4 dollars. Its great , it has all the fruits and veggies listed and what each do for you. It also has vitamin content for each. I juice 2 glasses of fruits in the morning , it gives you more energy with the sugars in them for the day. Than I do 2 veggies for lunch and 2 glasses more for dinner. In between I have green tea and lots of water (green tea is antioxident). We use carrots and celery in almost every veggie juice because they are so good for you in so many ways. Fruits are all good , you will like those. If you make them you could bring them to work, you should drink them within 24 hours, thats when they start losing viyamin content. Good luck and keep me up to date!
